Colour/Light Medicine
Colour medicine dates back to the earliest recorded history of medicine. The application of appropriate colour wavelengths (vibrations) to "needed" areas of the body will displace energy blockages or disturbances of the innate vital force. By utilizing the colours of the visible spectrum, i.e. reds, greens and blues AND their combined derivatives (giving presence to colours that fall between the ultraviolet and infra-red spectrum of vibrational energies), notable spontaneous healing "shifts" can occur. The perceived colours and their unique wave lengths and oscillation rates, in combination with a light source, emit the necessary healing energy when focused on compromised organs and body systems. By using the colours at selected vibrational frequencies, the energy level of the specific ‘area" can be accelerated, tempered or neutralized. The various colours carry unique vibrations with chemical activation properties. This is acomplished by generation of electrical impulses and magnetic currents (fields of energy) which ultimately affect biochemical and hormonal activity. The red end of the colour spectrum is stimulating (hydrogen) in its effect; the blue end has calming/soothing (oxygen) properties, whereas the greens have a neutralizing effect. The goal is to achieve balance in the compromised organ and system. Nobel Prize winner, Albert Szent-Gyorgi concluded that "'all the energy which we take into our bodies is derived from the sun. The end result of photosynthesis is the capture of the sun's energy by plants and animals, from which man and animals benefit. He discovered that enzymes and hormones that convert this sun- energy are themselves coloured and very sensitive to light. When these facilitators of biological reactions are stimulated by selected colours of light, they actually experience molecular changes that modify their original colour, which then amplifies their potential to cause dynamic changes in the body. Consider the findings of one study that concluded that some colours of light can increase some enzymatic activities by up to 500% and can have a profound effect on trans-membrane movement of substances. Non-Invasive Interactive Neuro-Stimulation (Specific Pain Management)
This is a new method of electrical stimulation which engages the central nervous system in order to utilize the body's endogenous resources (opioid release). This action provides sustained pain relief and assist in rehabilitation. The equipment generates high amplitude, high density, low-current and damped bi-phasic impulses. These are delivered to the tissues via a pair of concentric electrodes that’s placed directly on the skin surface of the treatment area. The unique features of the device elicit a greater response from the body, moreso than other electrical stimulation devices. It is believed that the neuro-peptides/cytokines cascade is also stimulated during the process, resulting in a lengthier period of pain relief. Other indications point to other CNS response as well.
